Bequant

You now have the option to use Bequant's Fireblocks based custody for your prime brokerage (PB) account. The custody should be available in the Transfer, Deposit, Withdraw and Accounts section of the PB customer portal.

Before you transfer funds to your Fireblocks Vault please bear in mind: 

Before the funds can be withdrawn from Fireblocks vault account, all addresses should be whitelisted. The whitelisting process is <a href="https://support.bequant.io/en/articles/6040570-crypto-withdrawals-and-whitelists-on-prime-brokerage-customer-portal">similar to that of Bequant Global Vault</a>.

On Fireblocks, transaction fees (gas fees) are always charged in the token’s network native asset. To transfer or withdraw a token from the vault, there should be a sufficient amount of the network base currency to cover the gas fees.

- For example: to withdraw ERC20 USDC token, there should be a sufficient ETH amount in the vault to pay the gas; to withdraw TRC20 USDT , a sufficient amount of TRX should be available in the vault. 
- Please note that for your first time withdrawal of ERC20 tokens, Bequant will deposit a small amount of ETH to your account manually to cover the gas fee, so your withdrawals can be processed. This first fee would then be charged from you at the end of the month. Please note that during this time, for a very small amount of time, your first transfer may be marked as Failed by the platform, but will automatically change to In Progress and Completed soon after.

No automatic conversion between blockchains is supported by Fireblocks. For example: if you deposit USDT ERC20 tokens, you will only have USDT ERC20 tokens to withdraw. You will NOT be able to withdraw same amount in TRC20 tokens. 

- For that reason, USDT balances are shown in Customer Portal as separate tokens: USDT_OMNI (Omni protocol), USDT_ERC20 (Ethereum) and USDT_TRC20 (Tron).

Fireblocks does not support Fiat coins. If you want to deposit and withdraw Fiat, you will need to user a Bequant Global Vault account. 

Due to the technical integration, every Fireblocks withdrawal will take 2 blockchain transactions to complete. Therefore please allow for the extra blockchain transaction in terms of timing, and the extra gas fee.
