Payment ID

Some coins have additional identifier fields generally called Payment ID (e.g. Destination Tag for XRP, Message for XEM).

It is crucial not to forget to insert this data to a separate field when sending a deposit. In case you haven't done it, it would be necessary to contact our support.

Important: Do not forget that each asset in your account has a separate unique address. It’s not possible to send certain coin to the wrong address successfully, the funds can be lost forever. I sent deposit to a wrong address.

Receive your deposit

Once your funds reach Bequant Global, you will see a pending transaction at the very bottom of the Account page, in the "Latest transactions" section.

The funds will be reflected on your account shortly.

Keep track of your deposited funds at the relevant row on your Account page.

Deposit delays

We keep our software up-to-date, so sometimes deposits may be temporarily shut down for technical maintenance.

To find out the status of deposits of a certain coin, open System Health page and see the coin status in the first column "Deposits". Red colour means that your deposit may be delayed and will come through once the deposits get enabled.
