I can’t ping any of your FIX gateways

This is most likely due to ICMP being disabled on our side, so even if your VPN seems to have connected fine or you’re sure you’re connected directly, pings will not be responded to.

Please try:

telnet <IP ADDR> <PORT>

instead where the IP and Port correspond to a particular gate.

Please raise a ticket to our support team if this has not fixed your issue.
