What should I know before I make a withdrawal?
BEQUANT accepts withdrawals of USD (United States Dollar), EUR (Euro) and GBP (British Pound Sterling).
BEQUANT will only process withdrawals from fully verified users. You can verify your account by going into Settings and navigating to the Account Verification tab.
BEQUANT will only accept withdrawals to your Authorised Bank Account. No third-party transfers will be permitted. The Authorised Bank Account is the bank that you listed during your account verification process. Please inform us as soon as possible if your banking details have changed by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org before making a transfer.
Due to regulatory reasons and to ensure your funds are secure we are not able to automatically process withdrawal requests but have to review them on an individual basis. Please rest assured that this is done in a most prompt manner.
Withdrawals are processed between 9 AM - 5 PM (GMT), Monday - Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Your transfers should arrive in 1 to 3 business days depending on transfer type.
Where can I see withdrawal instructions?
Click on the Deposit icon in the upper right corner of the screen. On the Deposit page you can click on the FIAT of choice and that will reveal, under the withdrawal icon, the link to the top-up instructions.

BEQUANT is using BCB Group’s multi-currency payment accounts as well as market liquidity in foreign exchange (FX) to offer the best experience to our users.
BCB is part of the Silvergate Exchange Network (SEN), which allows our customers, who are also customers of Silvergate bank, to send us USD transfers instantly.
We have also partnered with Globitex, another leading payments provider in the Euro space, to facilitate instant Euro transfers for our mutual clients.
