Please be aware that depending on whether you are trading on exchanges offered by the Bequant Pro Limited regulated broker or the unregulated Bequant Prime Limited broker, the list of coins you can deposit, withdraw, and transfer in and out of those exchanges will differ (click here to open the list). Please refer to the Accounts section of the Customer Portal, to see which of your accounts are operating under the two brokers.
If you would like new coins to be added to either of the two lists, please inform our support team in advance about your intention to deposit or withdraw such coins. Upon receiving your request, the Bequant compliance team will review the new coins and add them to the platform.
Additionally, for exchanges operating under the Bequant Prime Limited perimeter, we offer a more extensive list of coins. However, similar to the regulated perimeter, any intention to add new coins to your transactions should be communicated in advance for approval and processing.
