I cannot withdraw a coin (token)
Updated over 2 years ago

You are free to monitor status of all currencies performance on System Health page. It was developed in order that all our operations would be transparent and monitorable. Average time of deposits and withdrawals processing can also be found there.

If you are not able to withdraw a coin or token, there are four possible reasons:

Wallet maintenance

In case you see that withdrawals of some currency are offline in most cases it means that the wallet is being updated.

Wallet is a complicated software product delivered by the authors of each currency. We check the software regularly so that to maintain the highest security level. We are trying our best to implement the updates the soonest possible, so please allow some time for us to finish the job. Once you see that the status in System Health changed to green, you are free to try to withdraw your funds once again.

Whitelist

If you are using whitelist for your withdrawal addresses, you may potentially face this problem because of two cases:
1. Someone added a new address to your whitelist. When it happens, your withdrawals get disabled for 48 hours. If it weren’t you, please contact us.
2. Someone disabled your whitelist. When it happens, your withdrawals get disabled for 48 hours. If it weren’t you, please contact us.
3. You are trying to withdraw your funds to a non-whitelisted address.

Withdrawals from Bequant Global account to another Bequant Global account

It is impossible to withdraw Ethereum tokens to a Bequant Global address from your account. If you try to do so, you will see "Currency operations not available" error. It does not mean that withdrawals of this token are suspended. Please try once again but input an external wallet address for your transaction.
