If transfers field is red, it means that the currency transfers are temporarily unavailable for all Bequant Global users due to technical maintenance. Please check the status regularly, once the maintenance is over this field will turn green and you will be able to transfer your funds.

If you receive error messages such as

  • "Currency operations not available"

  • "An error occurred"

This will likely mean that the wallets are being updated.

Please check System Health page for more information.

In case you have checked the status on System Health page and it says transfers of this currency are available, please contact Bequant Global Support.
