Delivery and distribution of coins at after a fork happens usually takes some time. We have to receive the tokens, integrate them to the platform, create wallets, set up and adjust software. Please allow a few weeks after the date of the fork for the coins to appear on your account.
While waiting, make sure you are eligible for distribution:
check the time and date of the deposit - it should be prior to the time and date of the snapshot
check the time and date of trades, in case you've got the coins by buying them on the exchange.
To find out the time and date of snapshot, you will want to browse the project's website. It should contain information about time & date of the block forked. In case it only contains a block number, you may see its time & date on the blockchain explorer.
