Russian Sanctions FAQs
Updated over a week ago

On 6th October 2022, the EU imposed sanctions against Russian nationals, natural persons residing in Russia, and legal entities established in Russia. Bequant Pro Limited is authorised and regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) and is subject to the EU sanction regulations and requirements when dealing with their customers and counterparties. Bequant Prime and Bequant Global are part of the Bequant group and are therefore adopting the same group policy as regards sanctions and restrictive measures. As a result, the below limitations and restrictions apply to all clients across All Bequant entities.

Who is affected?
If you are an individual residing in Russia, a legal entity established in Russia or a Russian citizen residing outside the EU/EEA or Switzerland, please note that we can no longer service you.

How long will these sanctions last?
We appreciate that these measures are restrictive against ordinary Russian citizens. However, as always, BEQUANT’s policy is to fully comply with all US, EU, UK and other relevant sanctions that are imposed. We are continuously observing this evolving situation and we will keep you updated with any changes.

I think I might be affected by these sanctions. What should I do?
