How to withdraw Crypto on BEQUANT Prime Brokerage

Updated over 2 years ago

For security reasons, Prime Brokerage funds are to be withdrawn via your BEQUANT Bank account. You can access your BEQUANT Bank account by going to www.bequant.io.

Before you proceed: Please note, that should you wish to whitelist a new withdrawal address, payouts from your account will be blocked for 48 hours. This is done for security reasons. Please plan accordingly.

To start the withdrawal process, please proceed with the following steps:

  1. Please contact BEQUANT Support and request for withdrawals to be enabled on your account.

  2. Once our Support Team confirms that withdrawals are enabled, please go to bequant.io and click “Log In”.

  3. Enter your username and password.

  4. Provide the 2FA code received via the authenticator app e.g. Google Authenticator.

  5. Go to 'Account' section.

  6. Click 'Withdraw' next to the coin you wish to withdraw.

  7. Fill in the details of the withdrawal form.

  8. Enter your 2FA code to submit the withdrawal. You will be notified that a confirmation email has been sent to your account to validate the withdrawal.

  9. Locate the confirmation email in your email inbox, titled 'Withdrawal verification', and open the confirmation link. Note: Please open the link in the same browser where you are executing the withdrawal.

  10. By clicking on the link in Step 9, you will be redirected to your 'Account' page, and the transaction will be successfully processed.

  11. You can view your deposits/withdrawals in the 'Transactions' section of my.bequant.pro or on the 'Reports' section of www.bequant.io.

Please note that you will have 30 min to execute withdrawals. Past that time withdrawals will be disabled and you will need to contact Support to enable them again.
