If you have lost your 2FA device or deleted the Authentication app, you can log in with your backup code. This code was suggested to be written down or printed during 2FA activation.
Once you logged in, you can disable 2FA on your account and enable it again with a new app or device.
I do not have my backup code.
We may disable 2FA for you to help you out of this situation. However, this operation is related to a high risk, as we are deleting protection from your account. Therefore, we need to make sure that we’re doing it upon request of the legitimate owner of this account. It is a multi-stage process which requires your cooperation.
Please provide us with all available information that will help us identify you as the account owner: selfie with your face and ID (ID, driver license, passport) and another picture with the email that you're writing to us.
Note: we will disable 2FA on your account within a few days and inform you thereof. It is strongly recommended that you enable 2FA protection again after you are able to log in to your account.
